Law360, New York (July 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on Nutritional Sourcing Corp.'s amended disclosure statement, setting the stage for the bankrupt grocery and video store owner to solicit acceptances from creditors for its amended liquidation plan.
Judge Peter J. Walsh's ruling, issued Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, noted that a recent objection to the disclosure statement filed with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. was withdrawn at a hearing on Monday.
