Tessera's Bid For Info In Spansion Ch. 11 Falls Flat

Law360, New York (August 17, 2009, 5:54 PM ET) -- The judge overseeing Spansion Inc.'s Chapter 11 proceedings has denied Tessera Inc.'s bid to compel the flash memory company to turn over information relating to its alleged infringement of Tessera patents, which Tessera said might be continuing in spite of orders from the U.S. International Trade Commission.
