Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 12:43 PM ET) -- Chadbourne & Parke LLP has pulled in two insolvency attorneys — one from Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP and another from Kirkland & Ellis International LLP — to ramp up its bankruptcy and financial restructuring team.
Alper Deniz has joined as a partner in the New York-based firm’s London office after serving as a partner in Paul Hastings’ finance and restructuring practice.
Chadbourne has also brought Nuala Casey on board as an associate after she had been working at Kirkland & Ellis on cross-border restructurings....
