Bankrupt Station Casinos Fights 'Going Private' Probe

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 3:44 PM ET) -- Station Casinos Inc. has objected to a proposed probe by its unsecured creditors into the transactions that transformed the now-bankrupt casino operator from a public to a private entity, contending that it already has spent $3 million investigating the going-private deals.
