Law360, New York (December 08, 2009, 3:21 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., which is pursuing a patent probe in the U.S. International Trade Commission over Spansion Inc.'s imported devices, has objected to the bankrupt flash memory chip maker's Chapter 11 disclosure statement.

Samsung filed its limited objection to Spansion's disclosure statement on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, arguing that the statement doesn't reveal how disputed claims will be liquidated.
