Law360, New York (January 06, 2010, 6:31 PM ET) -- The judge overseeing the Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. bankruptcy gave the green light Wednesday to rival disclosure statements, one filed by an ad hoc committee of noteholders and supported by Donald Trump and the other filed by Beal Bank and Icahn Partners.
Judge Judith H. Wizmur of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey also approved voting procedures for the competing plans in her order.
