Judge Orders CCS 2nd-Lien Lenders Committee

Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 1:37 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge has ordered the formation of an official committee of second-lien lenders in the CCS Medical Inc. Chapter 11 case, reserving the right to remove any members appointed to the committee by the U.S. trustee.
