Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 12:55 PM ET) -- The trustee for bankrupt Le-Nature's Inc. has filed an amended complaint in his malpractice suit alleging K&L Gates LLP ignored evidence of fraud and misconduct at the water bottler, adding K&L partner Sanford Ferguson for allegedly performing an anemic investigation into such accusations against the company's CEO.
Ferguson ignored evidence that Le-Nature's founder Gregory Podlucky committed fraud and forgery allowing him to lift $500 million from the beverage maker, according to U.S. Trustee Marc S. Kirschner's amended complaint in Pennsylvania's Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas....
