Law360, New York (December 04, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Insolvent housewares maker Global Home Products LLC has asked a bankruptcy court to extend the deadline for its reorganization plan, requesting an additional 120 days to file and solicit creditor approval of the plan.
Global Home, which has already been granted one 120-day extension, asked the court to push the date back to June 2, 2007 to give the company more time to “negotiate an acceptable plan with creditors.”
