Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 6:14 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy court on Thursday gave Freedom Communications Holdings Inc. a green light to solicit support for a reorganization plan that cuts $445 million from the company's secured debt, approving the supporting disclosure statement.
Judge Brendan L. Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware indicated he would grant the debtors' Dec. 17 motion for an order approving the disclosure statement at a hearing on Thursday, according to court papers. A plan confirmation hearing is slated for March 9, Freedom Communications said....
