Freedom Stay Modified To OK Paper Carrier Deal

Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 2:27 PM ET) -- Paper carriers who won a $22 million class action settlement against bankrupt newspaper publisher Freedom Communications Inc. have been given the go-ahead to return to California state court to seek approval of their deal for unsecured claims under Freedom's latest reorganization plan.
