Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 4:04 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy court has confirmed Accuride Corp.'s reorganization plan, putting the commercial vehicle wheel maker on the road out of Chapter 11.
Accuride Corp. said the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware's approval of the company's reorganization plan after only five months will allow Accuride to emerge from bankruptcy with new financial flexibility.
