Law360, New York (March 23, 2010, 3:05 PM ET) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing Fleetwood Enterprises Inc.'s liquidation has agreed, after some haggling, to pay Fleetwood’s counsel Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP more than $7.5 million for the first nine months of the Chapter 11 proceeding.
Having reached an agreement with Gibson Dunn, U.S. Trustee Peter C. Anderson on Friday asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California to reduce the firm’s fee award by $25,000 because protracted financing negotiations with Bank of America NA proved unavailing.
