Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 2:11 PM ET) -- A federal judge has shot down Gateway Inc.'s attempt to force bankrupt MPC Computers LLC into Chapter 7 liquidation so it could collect on the nearly $16 million MPC allegedly owes.
Judge Peter J. Walsh on Tuesday denied Gateway’s motion, which MPC contended was a mere litigation tactic that would add time and expense to the case in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
