Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 4:41 PM ET) -- Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. has updated its Chapter 11 disclosure statement to include more information on various ongoing litigation and the company's current and projected financial condition, in an attempt to address numerous objections from the U.S. trustee and others.
The recreational vehicle and prefabricated home maker filed its amended statement in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California on Monday.
