Law360, New York (April 16, 2010, 4:52 PM ET) -- A federal bankruptcy judge has agreed to revive a dispute over a regional air service contract between United Air Lines Inc. and bankrupt Mesa Air Group Inc.
Judge Martin Glenn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York agreed Thursday to lift an automatic stay and allow United's contract dispute against Mesa in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois to proceed.
