Visteon Judge Delays Hearing On Ch. 11 Disclosure

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 5:48 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge postponed a hearing Monday on Visteon Corp.'s disclosure statement to give the automotive parts maker time to negotiate with shareholders that have yet to sign on to Visteon's Chapter 11 reorganization.

Judge Christopher S. Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware adjourned the Monday hearing on Visteon's Chapter 11 disclosure statement and plan support agreement until June 14.
