Law360, New York (June 23, 2010, 5:15 PM ET) -- The owner of Nevada's Lake Las Vegas resort has seen its reorganization plan successfully confirmed by a bankruptcy court, paving the route for the troubled developer to exit Chapter 11 protection.
Judge Linda B. Riegle signed off on the plan proposed by Lake at Las Vegas Joint Venture LLC and its official committee of unsecured creditors in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada on Monday.
