Law360, New York (June 29, 2010, 1:39 PM ET) -- Applications for fees and expenses racked up by the professionals who worked on Lyondell Chemical Co.'s bankruptcy are continuing to roll in, including a request from debtor's counsel Clifford Chance LLP for about $4.8 million.
The filings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York — including Clifford Chance's application on Monday — come after Judge Robert E. Gerber last month signed off on more than $50 million in fees and expenses for the last four months of 2009.
