Law360, New York (February 09, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Two established bankruptcy attorneys have joined the ranks of Morrison & Foerster LLP in a bid to expand the firm’s international scope.
Plucked from the office of Lovells, Gary Lee and Karen Ostad will work as leading business and insolvency partners in the New York branch of the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring group.
Lee, who has broad experience representing financial institutions in domestic and cross-border matters, and headed Lovell’s U.S. insolvency and restructuring practice, will serve with Larren Nashelsky as co-chair of the practice.
