Union Seeks More Voting Power In Visteon Ch. 11

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 5:39 PM ET) -- A union representing Visteon Corp. retired workers is looking to get more of a say on the auto parts company’s Chapter 11 plan and asserts it has a $100 million claim that should give it additional votes on the proposed reorganization.
