Law360, New York (August 06, 2010, 4:18 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge on Friday approved a $772 million stalking horse bid for the majority of Station Casinos Inc.'s assets by a company owned by the sons of Station Casinos' founder.
Judge Gregg W. Zive of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada deemed a bid by Fertitta Gaming LLC, which is owned by brothers Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta, the highest and best at a hearing Friday, the company confirmed.
