Law360, New York (August 27, 2010, 12:45 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge has signed off on MediCor Ltd.'s Chapter 11 disclosure statement and set a date for a confirmation hearing, paving the way for the breast implant maker to begin soliciting votes for its latest liquidation plan.
Judge Mary F. Walrath approved the company's disclosure statement in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Thursday.
The voting deadline has been set for Oct. 13, while a confirmation hearing is currently scheduled for Oct. 20.
