Visteon Settles Retiree Spat With Union For $11.5M

Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 1:29 PM ET) -- A federal judge has approved an $11.5 million settlement between Visteon Corp. and the IUE-CWA over retiree health benefits, while the United Auto Workers union and other retirees are still pressing for the bankrupt auto parts maker to make good on its pledge to restore the benefits.
