Law360, New York (October 05, 2010, 7:06 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge signed off Tuesday on a global settlement to a contentious 18-month battle between Carl Icahn and Donald Trump over the reorganization plan for Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc., resolving Icahn's appeal of the plan confirmation.
Judge Judith H. Wizmur issued an order in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey approving the settlement between Trump Entertainment and first-lien lenders Beal Bank SSB and Icahn Partners LP.
