Spansion Fights Fees For Ad Hoc Committee Attys

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 6:01 PM ET) -- Reorganized Spansion Inc. fought against nearly $5 million in attorneys' fees requested by two ad hoc committees in its Chapter 11 case Friday, saying the committees’ efforts only hindered the process and did not make a substantial contribution to the case.
