Circuit City Trustee Attacks Millions In Claim Bids

Law360, New York (November 05, 2010, 7:01 PM ET) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing Circuit City Stores Inc.'s bankruptcy has challenged millions of dollars in claims related to agreements for goods and services that creditors want to recover, arguing that the requests are “overstated” and should be slashed or nixed entirely.
