Law360, New York (March 07, 2011, 1:30 PM ET) -- Perkins Coie LLP said Monday that it hired a restructuring partner away from Arent Fox LLP to lead the firm's new New York office.
The opening of the new office and the addition of Schuyler G. Carroll will broaden the firm's restructuring practice, allowing it to represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings in the Southern District of New York and Delaware, the firm said.
The office now has one partner and one associate, with plans to hire another associate. But the firm is not in a rush...
