Deborah L. Schrier-Rape has joined the firm as a partner in its business law department from her own Dallas-based firm, Schrier-Rape PC, where she has practiced since 2002 and concentrated on bankruptcy, insolvency, out-of-court restructurings and creditors’ rights.
