Law360, New York (June 02, 2011, 3:38 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday approved a settlement between the secured lenders of reorganized debtor Tropicana Entertainment LLC and Kirkland & Ellis LLP over allegations that the firm charged $756,000 in unwarranted fees during the casino operator’s Chapter 11 case.
