Law360, New York (May 21, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The court overseeing M. Fabrikant & Sons' Chapter 11 case has granted the wholesale jewelry maker's request for more time to file its reorganization plan.
Judge Stuart M. Bernstein of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday granted the extension request, giving the debt-saddled company until July 16 to file its reorganization plan and until Sep. 15 to solicit votes from its creditors.
