In Solyndra Fallout, House Republicans Seek DOE Loan Docs

Law360, New York (October 07, 2011, 6:18 PM ET) -- House Republicans on Friday again requested details about all loan guarantees made under a U.S. Department of Energy program that backed a $535 million loan to Solyndra Inc., the solar energy company whose unfolding bankruptcy has sparked criminal and congressional investigations.
