Law360, New York (November 02, 2011, 5:57 PM ET) -- Noted restructuring and insolvency attorney David von Saucken is joining Kaye Scholer LLP's business reorganization and creditors' rights groups, splitting his time as a dual-qualified partner in the firm's London and Frankfurt, Germany, offices, the firm announced Tuesday.
Von Saucken, who had served most recently as a partner with Ashurst LLP since 2006, will focus his practice on advising funds and investment banks in special situations, with an emphasis on commercial mortgage-backed securities and other complex, real estate-related restructurings, the firm said.
