Law360, Wilmington (December 05, 2011, 7:29 PM ET) -- SSI Group Holding Corp. got the go-ahead from a Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday to sell its Grandy’s and Souper Salad restaurant chains to two separate buyers for a combined $10 million, with an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners Inc. snatching up Grandy’s for $6 million.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Mary F. Walrath also cleared the sale of SSI’s Souper Salad restaurant chain at the hearing for around $4 million to LNC Ventures LLC, which is headed by investors that previously operated two Souper Salad franchises....
