Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 4:39 PM ET) -- McDermott Will & Emery LLP has appointed a new international head of its restructuring and insolvency practice as part of an initiative to grow its bankruptcy capabilities worldwide, the firm announced Wednesday.
Timothy W. Walsh brings more than 20 years of experience in bankruptcy law to the firm from his most recent position at DLA Piper, where he was vice chairman of the restructuring practice group.
McDermott said it was honored to have Walsh take up his new position.
