Paralegals Say Bankruptcy Firm Withheld Overtime Pay

Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 3:45 PM ET) -- A proposed class of former paralegals and legal secretaries has accused bankruptcy law firm Clark & Washington PC of requiring them to work more than 40 hours a week without overtime pay in a Fair Labor Standards Act suit removed to Florida federal court Sunday.
