Law360, New York (June 06, 2012, 7:48 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge signed off Wednesday on an asbestos settlement between W.R. Grace & Co. and a group of Montana claimants, allowing the company to transfer $19.5 million into a trust and thereby end its relationship with a medical program.
