Portrait Corp. Trustee Objects To Law Firm Fees

Law360, New York (September 13, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Nearly two months after it exited Chapter 11 protection, the U.S. Trustee for Portrait Corp. of America Inc. has objected to some of the fees being charged in the case.

In a motion filed Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, an attorney for U.S. Trustee Diana G. Adams objected to the billing of only about $95,000 of the more than $9.1 million requested by six law firms and financial institutions in fees and expenses.
