Atty Gets SK Foods Malpractice Suit Sent To District Court

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 10:48 PM ET) -- A California federal judge ruled Wednesday that the adversary complaint SK Foods' Chapter 11 trustee brought against a former attorney for the food processor can be removed to district court, as the majority of its claims are not core to the bankruptcy proceeding.
