Sbarro's Bankruptcy Case Ends After 1 Year

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 4:48 PM ET) -- Bringing an end to a yearlong stint in New York bankruptcy court, a judge on Thursday closed Sbarro Inc.'s Chapter 11 case following her November confirmation of the pizza chain's restructuring plan, which handed the company to senior lenders owed about $176 million.
