Law360, Wilmington (June 22, 2012, 3:05 PM ET) -- Strapped for cash and looking to shed some of its nearly 300 retail stores, Ritz Camera & Image LLC filed for Chapter 11 protection Friday in Delaware bankruptcy court for the second time in three years.
RCI, the largest specialty camera chain in the U.S., listed assets and liabilities of between $50 million and $100 million each in its bankruptcy petition. Ritz Interactive LLC, RCI’s online retail arm, also filed for court protection, only four months after completing its own prior bankruptcy stint in California....
