Meyer Suozzi Allowed To Stay On In Inner City IP Case

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 5:10 PM ET) -- A New York state judge said Monday he won't boot Meyer Suozzi English & Klein PC from representing Inner City Broadcasting Corp. in a shareholder's lawsuit alleging that Inner City and its bankrupt radio subsidiary are giving away their trademarks and other intellectual property.
