Fletcher Wins Injunction Against Cayman Liquidators

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 8:04 PM ET) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Friday granted Fletcher International Ltd. a 60-day preliminary injunction barring Cayman Islands court-appointed liquidators from taking action against the hedge fund and dismantling its assets, declining to grant the motion on a longer basis.
