Law360, New York (October 22, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A bankruptcy court judge has granted breast implant firm MediCor Ltd. more time to file its Chapter 11 reorganization plan, signing off on Tuesday on an order to extend the company's exclusivity period.
Judge Mary F. Walrath of the US. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware extended Medicor's exclusivity period to Dec. 26, as requested earlier this month by the Las Vegas-based company.
