Manufacturer Revstone Industries Heads To Ch. 11

Law360, Wilmington (December 03, 2012, 9:36 PM ET) -- Kentucky-based Revstone Industries LLC, which designs and manufactures components for the transportation and heavy-truck industries, sought Chapter 11 protection Monday in Delaware bankruptcy court.

Headquartered in Lexington, Ky., with its principal assets located in Southfield, Mich., Revstone's assets are valued between $10 million and $50 million and its liabilities between $50 million and $100 million, according to the voluntary petition signed by the company's Chairman George S. Hofmeister.
