House GOP's Sequestration Bill Slashes At Dodd-Frank Reforms

Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 7:01 PM ET) -- House Republicans on Thursday approved a sequestration bill as part of their aborted plan to avoid the so-called fiscal cliff that would eliminate key Dodd-Frank Act reforms including the ability to wind down a large, complex financial institution.
