Ski Co.'s $220M Suit Over Botched Resort Deal Tossed

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 6:31 PM ET) -- A Texas state court last week threw out a $220 million suit filed against Oak Hill Capital Partners LP, after finding the ski resort company that brought suit over a botched deal has since filed for bankruptcy protection and no longer owns the disputed property.
