Mayer Tells 7th Circ. 'Absurd' Malpractice Suit Rightly Nixed

Law360, Chicago (January 16, 2013, 5:23 PM ET) -- Mayer Brown LLP and health care manager CMGT Inc.'s bankruptcy trustee sparred before the Seventh Circuit on Wednesday, with the firm calling the trustee's $17 million malpractice suit over a contract fight improperly prepared and "absurd" while the trustee argued to revive the malpractice case.
