Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 12:20 PM ET) -- Wilson Sporting Goods Co. has agreed to drop claims that bankrupt Prince Sports Inc. infringed its patented design for portable tennis and vollyball nets, according to settlement documents filed Thursday.
The two companies filed a joint motion in Illinois federal court asking that the case be dismissed, but offered no details on the terms of the agreement. Neither company ansered requests Friday for more information on the settlement.
