Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 2:17 PM ET) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP told a California bankruptcy court Wednesday that it had agreed to mediate a multimillion-dollar suit filed by the estate of bankrupt Heller Ehrman LLP over Greenberg Traurig's alleged malpractice while representing the firm in liquidation.
In a stipulation filed with U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis Montali, Greenberg Traurig said that mediation sessions will begin within 60 days.
